Lizzie runs adult dance and Pilates classes in person and online.
She also specialises in 1:1 equipment Pilates from her home studio in Bath. Private sessions are also available online via Zoom.
With nearly 20 years of teaching experience following a dedicated career in dance, Lizzie’s classes are inclusive with a relaxed, friendly approach. Whatever your level of experience, whether you are a beginner or more advanced, there are a range of fun, focused and engaging classes to suit you.
